1. Return Policy
We do not accept returns for:
Customized products with logo printing, embroidery, or engraving
Corporate or festive bulk orders
Any order delivered outside India
However, if a product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, customers may be eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:
Conditions for Replacement:
You must notify us at info@promotionalwears.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Our quality team will review the claim before approval.
Note: Decisions on replacements are made solely at the discretion of PromotionalWears and are final.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled under the following conditions:
The product involves printing, embroidery, engraving, or customization
It is part of a bulk or festive gift order
It is already in production or has been dispatched
Cancellable Scenarios:
We may cancel orders on your behalf or at our discretion if:
Delivery location is outside our service area
Required inputs (like logo files or measurements) are not received in time
Payment is not completed or confirmed
There are unforeseen operational or logistic constraints
In such cases, any advance amount paid will be refunded within 3–4 business days.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
The product is undeliverable due to service limitations
We cancel your prepaid order before production or shipping
You received a damaged or incorrect product, and we are unable to replace it
Note:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for international orders or customized merchandise.
Bank timelines may vary; PromotionalWears is not responsible for delays post-transaction.
4. No Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of made-to-order branded products, we do not offer product exchanges.
5. Legal Disclaimer
PromotionalWears reserves the right to accept or reject any refund, return, or cancellation request. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms of this policy. All disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
